President and founder, Jens Bauerle has been successfully consulting businesses in the United States and Europe since 1997.
Before setting up his own consultancy, Jens worked for 15 years for several European Top 500 companies, delivering outstanding results in each senior management position he held. His last position was as Divisional President of Europe's largest furniture manufacturing group. Jens is fluent in five languages, and has lived and worked in six countries.
